The origins of the man, who became known as the Bruiser, are unknown. At some point he decided he wanted to beat the Hulk one day and made a list of various other heroes and villains that were considered "tough" for himself to fight. He gained jobs with the likes of A.I.M, H.Y.D.R.A. and the Serpent Society, eventually, becoming a mercenary. He was hired by the Midas Corporation, after beating Ox of the Enforcers, and was assigned to take down Daredevil. |
