| When the Justice League deposed the genocidal dictator, General Dvory Tuzik, Tuzik fled to China and brokered a deal with other nations send him their meta-human resources. One of these "weapons" was a woman called Sybil, the Hypothetical Woman: a being capable of reversing the natural order of the universe.
