Shape Changing: Chameleon Chief can change his own shape and the shape of other objects he touches. He can reshape his form to imitate other beings and create weapons.

Molecular Reconstruction: Unlike Chameleon Boy, Jall is not only able to change his own shape at will, but the shape of other objects too. Jall can break down and reapply subatomic particles as well as break up the molecular structure of elements and rearrange them. To do this the element must know the exact elemental makeup of the object or human.

Flight: Chameleon Chief wears a Legion Of Super-Villains flight ring.

Origins:

Although insistent that he is not a Durlan, Chameleon Chief’s natural form and colouring suggest otherwise. Nevertheless, his powers differ from all other Durlans in that Chameleon Chief can not only change his own shape, but the shape of other objects he touches. He was recruited to the Legion of Super-Villains by Nemesis Kid.
