Origins:

Rachel Felps is a young woman who assists the villain Condor in his murderous schemes. The two seem to have romantic relationship. When Condor attacked and captured Osprey, an assumed carrier of the War Avatar, he allowed Rachel to kill him so she could gain his powers and become Swan.
