Prometheus is extremely highly trained in forms of hand-to-hand combat.

Helmet: Prometheus wears a helmet that is linked to his central nervous system. Prometheus can download information from computers and other sources and directly upload it to his brain. The helmet also contains a number of devices such as distracting strobe lights and hypnotic light arrays.

Night Stick: Prometheus carries a night stick that hits with enough power to destroy a steel anvil. The stick can also be programmed to override computer systems. of devices such as distracting strobe lights and hypnotic light arrays.

Body Armour: Prometheus wears a suit of armour with in built weaponry. He has been able to fire darts containing different serums. He has also been able to fire normal bullets.

Cosmic Key: Prometheus has a device given to him by a lama that allows him access to a limbo he calls the ‘Ghost Zone’. Prometheus has a base there and is able to teleport himself and others to the ‘Ghost Zone’.

Origins:

In his quest to kill the police officers who had killed his parents so many years before, Prometheus had come to the home of Officer Graham to get the last man. However, he discovered that the officer was already dead - killed that same day by his eight-year-old son Chad. Sensing a kindred spirit, the young man who called himself Prometheus took the boy in, hoping to make him his "Robin". When Prometheus went missing in the wake of the Mageddon incident (having been placed in a psychic prison by the Martian Manhunter), Graham decided to replace his mentor.
