| Cameron Mahkent is the son of the original Icicle. Due to years of prolonged exposure to the cold gun Cameron's father genetic's were mutated, which he then passed on to his son. Mahkent can freeze things with a touch. An albino, shunned from society and by his own father, Cameron blames the JSA for his condition, both physical and emotional. He is particularly upset that his father left his inheritance to Wally West (a.k.a. the current Flash). | ||||
