Weather Control: The Weather Wizard carries a wand that allows him to control weather patterns. Weather Wizard has used it to produce blizzards, summon lightning bolts, fly using air currents, produce fog and generate winds. Essentially Weather Wizard can produce any type of weather pattern imaginable. Recently he has internalised his abilities and no longer needs the wand. |

On his way to prison, Mark Mardon escaped, fleeing to his brother Clyde's home... where he found his brother dead. Clyde, a scientist, had just discovered a way to control weather before dying of a heart attack. Mark took his brother's notes and used them to build a wand that could generate weather. Mardon began a criminal career as the Weather Wizard. |
