Origins:

King Fish is a violent psychopath, who plotted to overthrow Aquaman and become the King of Atlantis. He lives in a shantytown outside the dome of Atlantis and began drugging Atlanteans with a toxin of the Gindola fish, that made the people insane and began surmounting insurrection.
