There are mirror worlds, altered reflections of reality that can be accessed through mirrors, until they fade out of existence. Plunder is a bounty hunter from one of those mirror worlds. He was hired by the Thinker of his world to terrorize the Keystone City police and hunt down The Flash, Mirror Master and Captain Cold who were trapped in the mirror world. Plunder captured the two rogues and took them to the Thinker. The Thinker intended to use the two rogues to escape to earth, however the Flash managed to convince them to help him defeat the Thinker. After the Thinker’s defeat Mirror Master used his equipment to return them to earth. Unknown to them Plunder had hitched a ride and managed to escape to earth. Plunder is the mirror double of the Flashes friend Detective Jared Morillo. |
