Enhanced Abilities: Nadira has vast super human strength, super-speed and endurance.

Invulnerability: Nadira is practically invulnerable to any form of physical or energy attack.

Super-Breath: Nadira can freeze a target with her breath or create strong gusts of wind.

Super-Hearing: Nadira has the ability to hear any sound at any volume or pitch.

Super-Vision: Nadira has X-ray, Electro-magnetic, Microscopic, Infrared and Telescopic visions.

Flight: Nadira is able to fly.

Heat Vision: Nadira has the ability to fire beams of intense heat at a target by looking.

Immortality: While she existed in the Phantom Zone, Nadira was effectively immortal, and would not age or die.

Psychokinesis: Along with her Kryptonian powers, Nadira could torment her victims by telekinetically stimulating their pain receptors. The psychokinesis works even under a red sun, but very reduced in power level.

Origins:

Like many women from the Isle of Thieves known as Bokos, Nadira possessed great psychokinetic abilities which she used to commit crimes. Nadira and another criminal named Az-Rel were apprehended for their actions and sentenced to the Phantom Zone.

Nadira and her partner Az-Rel were part of a massive escape attempt from the Phantom Zone. While their leader, General Zod, and several of his associates prepared to displace the Earth into the Phantom Zone in revenge against Superman, Nadira and Az-Rel sought simple pleasures on Earth.
