| A frail youth but genius level chemist, Mark Desmond developed a serum that would effect his endocrine glands, enabling him to grow bigger and stronger. Regrettably, the overanxious Desmond did not bother to test his discovery before using it on himself. An overactive anterior lobe of the pituitary gland made him grow into a giant with incredible strength, while the faulty endocrine gland retarded his mental development, leaving Desmond an almost mindless brute. |
