Chronos originally used weapons based on time pieces, but gradually he learnt more and more about the science of time, becoming a dangerous opponent. He has vast financial resources at his disposal due to a strange time-travel episode, which allowed him to unfairly play the stock markets.
Weapons: Chronos uses a variety of time-inspired weapons such as exploding hour glasses and a watch that fires itís razor sharp hands.
Flight Platform: Chronos has a sun dial shaped flight platform.
Time Manipulation: As Chronos learnt more about manipulating time he built devices that could slow time, a stasis belt that could place him in suspended animation and devices that could probe back in time and bring things back.
David Clinton, a petty criminal all his life, finally realised he was being arrested because he didnít take the time to plan his crimes properly. Clinton, admiring the clockwork precision with which everything was run in prison decided he would make time work for him rather than against him.
Always fascinated by time pieces, deft with his hands, and of an inventive turn of mind, Clinton spent the remainder of his sentence labouring in the prison workshop, learning everything he possibly could about clocks and their workings. When he was finally released from prison, Clinton designed a colourful costume for himself and embarked on a new career as the time thief known as Chronos.
