| Power Ring: Nero possesses a yellow power ring given to him by the Qwardians. The ring operates on similar principles to the Green Lanterns. Nero can create objects based on his own thoughts. He has created weapons, shields and cages. He can also use the ring to fly and sheath himself in its energies to act as armour. | |||||||

| Nero was the second attempt by the Qwardians to take down the new Green Lantern Kyle Rayner. The Qwardian’s recruited Alexander Nero an artist who had a history of drawing violent and dark pictures in his mental asylum, he was being treated for several mental disorders such as Schizophrenia, paranoid delusions, and bi-polar disorder.
