Carlo Zota has no super human powers but he is a scientific genius that specialises in electronics, along with the rest of the Enclave he has made many discoveries:

Teleportation Grid: For quick escapes from jail the Enclave built a teleportation device. The device has a range of 2,000 miles.

Meteor Launcher: The Enclave built a device that allowed then to launch meteors from the moon by use of electromagnetic accelerators.

Molecular Blade: A device that could cut through almost anything by severing molecular bonds.

Anti-Gravity Transmitter: This device allowed the Enclave to lift heavy objects.

Bio-Constructs: The Enclave made two separate attempts to construct super human beings, 'Him' (Adam Warlock) and 'Her'. Both failed as they were too powerful to control.

Bio-Modem: The Enclave created a ‘Bio-Modem’ that bypass’s the brains capacity for independent thought and allows them to be controlled.

Drones: The Enclave often employ mind controlled criminals as security and for manual labour.

Carlo Zota is a Spanish electronics technician who is a member of the Enclave The Enclave is a small band of scientists who have dedicated themselves to using technology to create a benevolent world dictatorship under their rule. Four scientists founded the group several years ago, each of whom have a different area of expertise. The four of them met at a world convention of scientists, and discovering their mutual worldview, decided to pool their financial resources to create an independent scientific community to achieve their goals.
