Kiber is a brilliant scientist/electronic engineer/atomic physics and inventor.
Vampirism: Kiberís body was bonded to the molecular structure of his lab floor, he became deformed, his movements became very limited and his talking became difficult. At least one time per day, he needs to feed on the life-energy of human beings.
Hologram: Kiber uses a hologram of his body before mutation. The "holographic" form can become partially intangible and/or invisible, shock others on contact, simulate teleportation, fire eye-blasts, has the strength of an athlete.
Matter Transmitter: Kiber designed a teleportation device called a matter transmitter, through which he could cause people or his androids to pass through solid materials.
Frederick Kiber was a scientist who disappeared from public view after announcing his plans to create a means of teleportation. He retreated to a mountain rising from the South Atlantic Ocean, there assisted by a large number of androids. In a terrible accident, the matter transmitter permanently bonded Kiberís body with the molecular structure of his laboratoryís floor. Kiber was transformed into a misshapen semi-humanoid mass of protoplasm bonded to the floor, although he could project images of his former appearance. He gained an overwhelming appetite to consume food, and discovered that he could gain energy by absorbing the consciousnesses and life forces of other human beings, feeling that this would lead him to immortality. He ordered his androids to perfect the matter transmitter, and bring victims to him to absorb.
