Powers:

Necromancy: The Black Talon's necromancy allows him to create zombies after performing a mystical ceremony in the presence of the corpse to be reanimated. Up to 20 corpses maybe animated at any one time. When in his presence, the zombies are controlled telepathically by the Talon.

Weapon Black Talon sometimes carries simple hand-to-hand weapons, such as daggers or swords.

Amulet of Damballah: The Black Talon possesses the Amulet of Damballah which grants him various magical abilities and the power to command snakes and other reptiles. Talon completely controls whoever holds the twin Amulet of Damballah to the one he wears.

Origins:

The full origin and history of the man now known as the Black Talon remain unrevealed. A Creole youth who possessed actual voodoo powers, he knew of the first Black Talon, and at his death, took on the name and costume of his predecessor and gathered his own group of cultists to lead.
