All traces of his previous life wiped away during the mystical ceremony of the Wakandan Death Tiger Cult, the man known only as Death Tiger loyally served the shadowy cult for many years. In modern times, Wakanda’s government denied the Death Tiger legend, deeming it a blight on the nation’s history. During a self imposed exile, Death Tiger became a mercenary assassin around the time Wakanda’s monarch T'Challa achieved manhood. Year’s later when T'Challa, now the Black Panther, was operating in the USA as Harlem school teacher “Luke Charles”, acting Wakandan chief M’Baku (Man –Ape), has his agents hire Death Tiger to kill T'Challa. |
