| Captain Barracuda has no super human powers, however he briefly had possession of an Omni-directional Beam (aka the Sonic Magno-Directoid), a military device that could control the course of underwater weapons, and another machine originally designed to stimulate cell growth using a gamma-ray power source to generate neurogenic rays, making wounds heal faster; when its power source fused several circuits together, the machine instead rearranged cells, devolving humans into ape-like beast-men. At times he possessed legendary relics like the Proteus Horn (able to summon and command sea creatures, including Giganto's spawn) and the Glove of Asteria (able to direct a destructive column of air moving at nearly light speed). |
