| Dream Bubbles: Doctor Mindbubble can generate an apparent unlimited number of bubbles that capture his enemy's mind, generating a virtual reality where the stricken lives his greatest dreams. Horace can also manipulate the enemies that he captures with his bubble, creating illusions inside the virtual reality where they believe to live. The only way to escape this reality his to commit a "virtual suicide" inside the false life generated by the bubble. He sends out his bubbles with a tube that he has planted in his forehead. | |||||||

| Horace Littleton was a funded scientist of the Weapon Plus program in the 60's,who was developing a hybrid of the Super-Soldier Formula. Littleton's project lost funding as well as test subjects. | ||||
| Littleton eventually developed a "L.S.D. based Super Soldier Serum hybrid". As he no longer had any remaining test subjects, Littleton injected the serum into himself. | ||||
