Pseudonic Helmet: Pseudo-Man utilizes a Pseudonic technology helmet which transmits an ever-evolving self-image program into his mind. Through this program, he see's himself as a veritable demi-god, and believes it completely. It enables him to harness the power of his mind to enhance his physical abilities, to grant him super human strength, virtual invulnerability and powerful eyebeams ("Thermfluoroscopic Thrust-o-Vision"), or any other power he believed he has. |

Clark Finark was a candidate for a mid-west congressional seat, who hired Pseudonix Incorporated to manage his advertising campaign. Unfortunately, his opponent discovered that he was an extraterrestrial. Finark's birth certificate stated that he was from the planet Veegwal, although this was actually a result of his parents being on acid in the 1960s. His opposition exploited this to the fullest and Finark's campaign imploded. Finark stole a helmet from Pseudonix that was the most advanced application of their Pseudonic Imaging technology. Finark, now calling himself Pseudo-Man, unleashed his new power on Loopner and Pseudonix, in an effort to gain vengeance so Loopner hired She-Hulk to defend him. |
