Shapeshifting: De'Lila is able to alter her form into that of anything she can imagine, be it organic or inorganic. It must, however, be solid. She can also use her abilities to grow extra limbs. She has no apparent size limit, as Skrulls have been seen to assume the form of a common housefly, and shapes many times larger than their normal selves. She can also use her shape-shifting capabilities to change sex.

Telepathy: De'Lila is a low-level telepath and able to influence the thoughts of her target.

Disruptor: De'Lila carries a synapse disruptor that can paralyse an individual for hours.

Origins:

De'Lila was the leader of a group of renegade Skrull malcontents. She sought to establish a rule of her own in the Skrull Empire and believed that an errant Inorganic Technotroid egg, which had landed on Earth's Monster Island, was the means to achieve her desires of assassinating the Skrull Emperor.
