Magic: Orini was never trained in the ways of the Mhuruuks and consequently his magical powers remain weak, but he is capable of casting eldritch bolts of energy. He is also able to wield magical instruments, including a gem designed to temporarily disrupt the Mindless Ones' barrier. |

Long ago, Orini, the son of King Olnar leader of the Mhuruuks was the legitimate heir to the rule of the Dark Dimension. Olnar's son, was still "barely past boyhood" when his good looks were noticed by the Faltinian Umar, whose interest "in the ways of matter" had always been more "intimate" than those of her brother Dormammu. Umar seduced Orini resulting in a daughter, Clea. Unlike his daughter, Orini became a loyal disciple of Dormammu. |
