The Junkman of Brooklyn is a man called Gavrel Achter, who was one of the newly surfaced Inhumans, created after Black Bolt unleashed the Terrigen Mists upon the entire face of the Earth. He appeared shortly after the Secret Avengers defeated a portion of Thanos' army in Brooklyn. He incapacitated the heroes and vowed revenge on Sarah Garza, whose newly manifested powers accidentally decimated an apartment complex in the neighbourhood days before. |
