Weapons: Malice has a number of guns, one could cause powerful, earthquake-level tremors over a small area. Another could generate fine vibrations that caused guns, cars, and other metal objects to shatter into pieces.

Equipment: Malice uses a "magnetic Vault-Puller" he used to rob banks. This device could float a purloined vault back to his estate. He drives a Cobra sports car, which has been outfitted with a variety of weapons, such as laser beams and missiles.

Origins:

Malice was an independently wealthy individual who spent money on a technological suit of armor to become a super villain for the fun of it. Seeking publicity, Malice burned down the Hollywood Wax Museum. He soon afterward destroyed a power plant, and fled the scene, leaving police baffled and shaken. He eventually had an encounter with the Ghost Rider.
