| Plasma Generation: Volcana can transform her body into a plasma-state alter-ego, providing her with increased endurance and agility as well as significant protection against physical attacks (weapons and materials may melt at contact with her body.) Her plasma body is considerably protected against normal heat and fire and capable of projecting intense thermal blasts and plasma bursts. For a brief time, Volcana was imbued with the essence of Molecule Man's powers, which she was able to unconsciously utilize in order to push her body-transformation powers. She was thus also capable of transforming into a rock-like alter ego and even into a volcanic ash form. Her rock form possessed increased strength, endurance, and resistance to injury. Her ash form allowed her to shape-change in a limited fashion and to project intense sand blasts. | |||||||

| Marsha Rosenberg was born and raised in Denver, Colorado, and was a resident there when the extra-demensional being known as the Beyonder used part of her suburb to create a "Battleworld" for the so-called "Secret Wars." She and her friend (who would become Titania II) were contacted by Doctor Doom and agreed to allow Doom to make them into superhumans. Thus empowered, they were added to the ranks of assembled criminals. | ||||
