| Qabiri is a resident of the Brilliant City, a seemingly perfect society. Fearing that lower worlds had learned of their existence and would try to interact with them and thus corrupt the perfection of the Brilliant City, Qabiri resolved to destroy these worlds to prevent this. While his friends sought to dissuade him from his fanatical quest, claiming he would corrupt himself if he traveled outside the city, he nonetheless believed that his purity and divinity would protect him from this.
