| Stewart Cadwall was a frustrated scriptwriter in Hollywood who received a visit from the cosmic being known as the Beyonder. The Beyonder having just arrived on earth was seeking to understand desire and sought out Cadwall. Cadwall who was frustrated by constant rejections of his scripts asked the Beyonder for some power to full fill his own desires. The Beyonder granted him power which Cadwall used to transform himself into the super being Thundersword. As Thundersword he went on a rampage, which led him into conflict with the X-men. | ||||
