Enhanced Abilities: The Fly has enhanced strength, agility and endurance.

Wall Crawling: The Fly possesses glands in his hands and feet that secrete a mild adhesive, allowing him to stick to most dry surfaces.

Enhanced Vision: The Fly has multifaceted eyes that are spherical in shape, and allow him to see a field of roughly 270 degrees around him, making him difficult to surprise.

Flight: The Fly has two large, thin, membranous wings that allow him to fly.

Origins:

Richard Deacon, was a small-time criminal. He was shot by the police and left for dead after his unsuccessful kidnapping attempt was foiled by Spider-Man. Stumbling into the laboratory of Dr. Harlan Stillwell (whose brother Farley created the Scorpion for J. Jonah Jameson), Deacon coerced the scientist into saving his life. Overhearing an offer Jameson made with Stillwell to fund the creation of a new super hero, Deacon insisted he be the subject of the experiment. Stillwell imprinted the genetic coding of a common fly onto Deacon, empowering him and healing him of his bullet wounds. Deacon killed Stillwell and used his newfound powers to further his criminal ambitions.
