| The Combine are intergalactic weapons dealers that possess a vast amount of advanced weaponry such as: sonic weapons, ultra-sonics, teleportation, force fields, electrified nets and concussion bombs. They also employ a number of criminal agents to act as there enforcers. | |||||||

| The Combine is an alien race and one of the largest weapons dealers in this part of the galaxy. Their usual methods are to move to a new planet and use mostly local operatives; hence when they decided to form a presence on Earth, specifically Keystone City, they formed a criminal organization of primarily humans and attempted to displace the existing mob. | ||||
